First and foremost, this Game Boy Advance game of Nintendo is not entitled 'Mario Superstar Saga". Many people sometimes make mistake to this Mario game as that. I tell ya folks, the real name of this GBA game is "Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga". It is not like any of those other Mario games. This version of Mario game in the GBA is awesome! It is a Role-Playing Game kind of a Mario game. We know, commonly, that the other Mario games are not RPGs and in 2Ds. Mario only walks forwards and backwards and goes from world to world or stage to stage and finishes it by reaching to the flag. But THIS game is totally different & more improved for gamers to enjoy, Mario walks in all directions and has only one but with a whole big adventure; it is really an RPG! Also, Mario is not alone anymore just like any other games because Luigi comes along too, pretty cool huh? The Mushroom Kingdom's cool plumbers are again in the action! | |

| Princess Peach who ruled Mushroom Kingdom was given a gift by Cackletta from the Beanbean Kingdom as a sign of the friendship of the two kingdoms. The gift turned out to be a fake offering because it suddenly popped and absorbed Princess Peach's voice. After this, Cackletta revealed herself as an evil witch living in Beanbean kingdom and left the castle. Not too long after, Bowser, the arch-nemisis of the hero of Mushroom Kingdom who was also the king of the Koopas, suddenly went in to kidnap Princess Peach yet again. Toad, a loyal servant of Princess Peach, saw these horrible events and so he went straight to the house of the main heroes in Mushroom Kingdom, Mario and Luigi. Actually in truth, they were just actually plumbers in the kingdom. | ||
Meanwhile, Luigi was hanging his clothes and that of his brother's too when Toad suddenly rushed in their house. Accidentally, he went inside the bathroom where Mario was. Out of great surprise, Mario punched away Toad from the bathroom. Toad still got up and hurriedly told him about the events. Mario has always been the arch-nemesis of Bowser. And every time Bowser successfully kidnaps the princess, Mario will always go after him, defeat him, and retrieve Princess Peach again. Without further a do, he put on some attire and called his brother Luigi to help the poor Princess Peach. Mario and Luigi saw Bowser and at the same time Bowser seeing Mario and Luigi too. Bowser was filled in rage seeing his enemies before him so he challenged them to have a fight. Because only Mario was the brave on to do the job, he battled Bowser alone. As always, he defeated him using his superb jumping skills. |

Even so, Bowser still attempted to capture Princess Peach. However, when he almost got her, the princess suddenly uttered explosive words! I mean, words that actually explode! Bowser, Mario and even Luigi were shocked of this unexpected event. Toad thought that it was because Cackletta stole her voice and replaced it with explosive ones.
